Prerequisites
- Minimum age: 12 years for this combo (Junior rules apply for ages 12–14)
- Ages 10–11 can complete Open Water only (max 12 m) and add Advanced later
- Basic swimming ability, comfort in water, and reasonable fitness
- Complete the PADI Medical Questionnaire (PDF); if any “Yes,” a doctor’s clearance is required before diving
- Junior depth limits: OWD 10–11 yrs to 12 m with a pro/parent; OWD 12–14 yrs to 18 m with a certified adult; AOW 12–14 yrs to max 21 m with a certified adult
Combo Schedule
Performance-based sequence. We adjust for weather/sea conditions and learning pace while keeping safety first.
Standard Plan (5 Days / 4 Boat Days)
- Pre-arrival: Complete OWD eLearning and begin AOW eLearning (we review key topics on site)
- Day 1: Paperwork, orientation & gear fitting
- Day 2: AM Confined Water skills → PM Open Water Dives 1 & 2
- Day 3: AM Open Water Dives 3 & 4 → OWD certified
- Day 4: AOW Adventure Dives ×3 (Deep & Navigation + 1 elective; Night Dive if conditions allow)
- Day 5: AOW Adventure Dives ×2 → Debrief & AOW certified
Accelerated Plan (4 Days / 4 Boat Days)
- Pre-arrival: Complete OWD eLearning and start AOW eLearning
- Day 1: AM Confined Water → PM OWD Dives 1 & 2
- Day 2: AM OWD Dives 3 & 4 → OWD certified by early afternoon
- Day 3: AOW Adventure Dives ×3 (Deep & Navigation + 1 elective)
- Day 4: AOW Adventure Dives ×2 → AOW certified
Electives depend on conditions. If Night Dive cannot be arranged, we’ll substitute another elective (e.g., Peak Performance Buoyancy, Naturalist/Fish ID, or Wreck if available).

Food Option
During online booking, you will be asked: “Do you want food on the boat? (Yes / No)”
- The combo price includes food by default for all boat days (4 trips).
- If you select No, we will refund 200 THB in cash at check-in (50 THB × 4 trips).
Menu & dietary notes: Meals rotate daily (fried rice, yellow noodle stir-fry, curry, etc.) and are served at random — guest selection not available. Vegetarian/vegan light meals are available on request.
📸 Photo & Video
- During Open Water: Personal cameras are not allowed under Thai practice/regulations. If you’d like memories from OWD, ask about our in-house photographer (subject to availability).
- During Advanced: Choose the Underwater Imaging Adventure Dive to rent a camera for +800 THB for that session (limited availability).
Not Included — National Park Fees (DNP)
Collected in cash at the pier by DNP officers before each boat departure. Supports conservation of Phi Phi National Marine Park.
- OWD Day 2: 600 THB (Dives 1 & 2)
- OWD Day 3: 200 THB (Dives 3 & 4)
- AOW Day 1: 200 THB (Adventure Dives ×3)
- AOW Day 2: 200 THB (Adventure Dives ×2)
Total (combo): 1,200 THB per person
Important Reminders
- Please stay on Koh Phi Phi at least one night before your boat days; visit our shop before your first boat day for paperwork, orientation, and gear fitting
- No-fly time: wait at least 18 hours after your final dive (from ~11:00 AM if morning; ~4:00 PM if afternoon)
- Weather/sea conditions may affect site selection and scheduling
